Defense counsel for the accused Fadil Novalić on Monday filed a submission with the Court, moving the Court to postpone the hearing scheduled for 7 December 2022. 

According to the submission, on 26 November 2022 the accused Novalić suffered multiple injuries during a heavy fall, which resulted in his hospitalization. “Given the serious nature of the injuries and his deteriorated condition, please be informed that Novalić will not be able to appear before the Court at the hearing scheduled for 7 December 2022, which is why I hereby move the Court to postpone the hearing.”

The Court has postponed the hearing indefinitely and requested a submission of relevant medical records.

The previous hearing of 30 November 2022 was postponed for the same reasons.
